Leah Hanes is a New York-based consultant with SCL. She has over fifteen years of experience in the areas of marketing, business strategy, and client relationship management. Leah has worked with executives in Fortune 50 companies, non-profit organizations, and universities, with a focus on customer acquisition and retention, strategic communication plans, and winning high-stakes pitches. Leah consults in a variety of industries, including professional services, financial services, telecommunications, and non-profits. Clients include American Express, AT&T, Freddie Mac, MIT Sloan School of Management, and Qwest. She is highly skilled at guiding leaders who need to position or reposition their value proposition in the marketplace. Her thoughtful, rigorous process involves evaluating current perceptions, conducting target market analysis, crafting the "right" positioning messages, and building appropriate pitches and presentations. Prior to her work with SCL, Leah's roles included Vice President, Group Director for Digitas and Vice President, Management Director at Foote, Cone & Belding. Leah received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Wells college (Aurora, NY) and holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business (Stanford, CA).
