Genevieve Davy is a New York-based consultant with SCL. She has over 20 years experience as an internal and external consultant developing strategy across lines of business implementing leadership, pitching, and selling programs that build on the competencies of senior Investment Banking executives. Recently she has been designing and delivering leadership and influencing programs, team coaching, delivering organizational savvy programs, and engaging in individual coaching. Recent clients include: Credit Suisse, Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank, Citigroup, AllianceBernstein, CIT, Depository Trust Credit Corp., Wells Fargo, and Reckitt Benckiser. Prior to working with SCL, Genevieve spent nine years with Citigroup where she held various roles including serving as an internal consultant to senior business heads in the Corporate and Investment Bank. Genevieve has been recognized by CEO's for her coaching and leadership style with hundreds of executives who've benefited from her ability to plan, organize, and develop pitch recommendations. Genevieve received a BS degree in Marketing from Pennsylvania State University and a Masters degree in Organizational Psychology from Teacher College (Columbia University). She is a skilled cross cultural facilitator with experience implementing large scale global organizational initiatives in the United States, Canada, Western Europe, Eastern Europe, and Japan |
