Darrell Burberry is a London-based alliance partner with SCL. He brings 16 years experience working at the senior executive level, developing and implementing people and business strategies, improving sales and business development functions, and designing performance management systems for global corporations. Darrell has been involved in the design and delivery of bespoke assessment and leadership development programs in both the private and public sector, including professional services firms, investment banks, and charitable organizations. He has been responsible for board level restructures, key talent assessments, process reengineering, and executive coaching. Darrell has worked extensively across eastern and western Europe as well as the United States. Darrell holds Level A and Level B Certificates in Occupational Testing and is trained to use a number of psychometrics including OPQ, Wave, MQ, EQ, and MBTI. He is also highly experienced in delivering 360º feedback and coaching at all levels. Prior to working with SCL, Darrell worked for American Express, where he was head of Human Resources for Global Travel Services in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. |
